Michael is very knowledgeable with how to use Social Media to build a Tribe of like minded people. According to Michael, if you are going to build a Tribe you need two things: leadership skills and social media strategies. Ken Pickard has been and out of network marketing for several years. He has made a little and lost a little. Ken did everything his “upline” told him to do… from beating up his warm market to chasing people down the street. Ken dropped sizzle cards and participated on many 3-way calls. From organizing booths at trade shows to buying leads. Ken worked all the angles but coming to the realization that almost all his efforts was not duplicatable. It wasn’t until recently that he even heard of attraction marketing.


Ken didn’t take it seriously (or really understand it) until early this year. Dr. Jon Alfredsson, Ph.D, is an entrepreneur and certified social media specialist from Sweden. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in 2008 before he started his entrepreneurial career online.

He has a passion for social media and relationship marketing online and has learned his skills from masters in the industry. In 2010 he became a certified social media specialist trained by the social media experts Mari Smith and Mark Eldridge. He also a co-author of the book “The Relationship Age” which is due to be released September 2010.

Dr Jon is also a pilot, coach, and Internet marketer with a passion to inspire and empower entrepreneurs, small business owners and independent professionals to reach their goals and build a lifestyle they desire. He believes that helping people to deliberately create a lifestyle with meaning and purpose by finding their passion will benefit everyone and create a world with more love, joy and abundance.
